Just to let everyone know, especially those of you who’ve started following me recently—and, by the way, a BIG thank you to all of you who have—I’m about to give this little blog a facelift and major upgrade. Having just started blogging here, I chose a very simple blog theme that I thought would be easy to maintain. But, after visiting so many of you these last few weeks, I realise I really need to up my blogging game when it comes to decor around this place.
So as to better display posts and anything else I might add, I went looking at new themes. I bought one from a German team based in Australia, Elma Studios—the theme is, Zuki, which looks super fun. So please, stand by for a change, as I rearrange the furniture and try to get settled in better.
I hope you all like the new digs once I get it up and running.
Please welcome, Alexandra Scribbles.
This is great. Like “J”, I also couldn’t find a way to comment on older posts, but now it works perfectly!
I think the layout is wonderful, too. Simple, classic, and easy to navigate.
I didn’t know this was happening till J mentioned it. I’m so glad I decided to up my game and look for a new theme. The old one was simple, obviously too simple. This one looks so much more professional and classy. And I love that I now have a side bar.
Nice! So much easier, and I’m glad that I am not alone in having issues commenting (though I saw not everyone did, so it was just confusion with the format. It looks great, crisp and clean!
Another good reason to change the theme. Less problems I hope, and easier for commenting.
I was confused as to which blog I am looking at.
It looks great.
Which is why I wrote a post about changing up the theme and name, as there were a few problems. Plus this looks so much better.
I am commenting late, but I’d like to say… I like your new digs 🙂
Thanks, I was inspired to go looking for a new theme after joining the NaBloPoMo challenge. Everyone seems to have these neat blogs and, well, mine didn’t look that great.
