Bonjour tout la monde: welcome to WWW Wednesday, a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words in which we are asked three simple questions:
- What are you currently Reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
So, what have I been up to this last week? Well, let’s see …
What am I currently reading?
Well, the truth is, I finished a book last night—The Paris Library— so I’m technically I’m not currently reading anything as I am between books at the moment. But if you look below you’ll see what I have lined up to read next.
What have I just finished read?
Well, funny you should ask. If you just read the above paragraph, you will see I just finished reading The Paris Library by Janet Skeslien Charles, late last night (review to follow). This is going to be a difficult review to write, though, as this one threw up a whole bunch of mixed feelings.
What will I be reading next?
Ah, this question is easier to answer than most weeks given I received three books on Monday, all of which are contenders:
- BONE CANYON by Lee Goldberg
- THE BONE MAKER by Sarah Beth Durst
- THE WINDSOR KNOT by SJ Bennett
Of course, I want to read all three, but at once? Probably not, so It’ll be a toss up between which one calls to me the most, though I’m drawn to BONE CANYON, the second book in the Eve Ronin series from Lee Goldberg. I so enjoyed book one, Lost Hills, which was a fast-paced thrilling read. Check out my review to know why!
And you, what are you reading, if anything, or what do you have lined up to read next?
