Finding Joy in Gratitude
Today Elisabeth invited Kristen to, The Optimistic Musings of a Pessimist, to talk about Gratitude in Practise. Something we should all be doing these days, on a daily basis. After reading Kristen’s answers to Elisabeth’s questions, she then goes on to ask us, her readers, a series of question that I thought, me being me, to answer here on the blog. So, here we go: What’s something you’re grateful for in this EXACT moment? Having a roof over my head. There was a time, that doesn’t feel that long ago, when, just after my dad passed, I found myself unemployed and living off state handouts and barely making ends meet. Talk about motivation to find a job. But it was hard, really hard. I was a mess emotionally, and finding a job was the last thing on my mind.
